If you decide you have found the ideal property for you, we are on hand for you. We can do transfers to and from Valencia Airport, arrange accomodation and we will have an English speaking company reprasentitive with you throughout the duration of your property viewings.
Fees
We are also completely open with you about our fees. We charge our clients the standard 3% commission on properties over €100,000 and €3,000 +IVA on properties less than €100,000. If you choose to go ahead and make a purchase, this fee will be added to the agreed final purchase price.
Caution
We are receiving many reports of illegal "Estate agents" or "Property Finders" operating in Valencia and the surrounding areas, we would like to remind all overseas house buyers to always work with a reputable estate agent.
Do your research, check the company name on Google, at the very least check that they trade from a business address and have a business premises listed in their name along with the company CIF registration number. You would not buy a house in the UK from someone who works from their living room, would you?
